Theo was a very nice kiddo and did a great job...duct cleaning was our last frontier as we had replaced subflooring, sheet rock, sealed walls and ceilings with Kilz and I could still smell the remnants of cat urine, ugh. Went there today to give it the sniff test and could just vaguely whiff a subtle remnant..but it's not as prevalent as it was. Since we were not present when Theo finished we didn't see what all he removed, the husband said he told him there was a lot of cat hair, imagine that! It was rumored more than 30 cats resided there Anyways thank Theo for me and I would recommend your company.

Josh was great: very personable. He explained every step and forecasted how long it should likely take for the work. He was efficient, showed us photos along the process and after he finished the work, gave us some hints about how we can keep our ducts cleaner and, overall, he kept things fairly clean. We were required to do some dusting and vacuuming after he left but we are pleased with the results. Based on meeting both Byron and Josh who are Radon Defense employees, I'm highly likely to recommend your service to anyone who is interested. Cheers!
