It's not often I come on with a positive message about a company! But today I will! Duct Defense Midwest cleaning came out and cleaned my ductwork today! Tyler was great! nice kid and I’m not sure I would have been! Wow my ducts were dirty!! You can really tell the difference in my house! WOW! We just had our house's ductwork cleaned by Brandon. I'd like to let you know about the experience. Not only was he prompt, he did and incredible job. His work was unbelievable. He worked tirelessly, through lunch (no breaks). He made sure he was very respectful of everything in our home, before he started he did a complete walk-thru with myself making sure of all locations and and concerns. I'm so impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness. He is truly an incredible asset to your team. I will highly recommend his services to many. I've already done so! Tyler did a great job getting my duct work all cleaned up and even took care of getting a bunch of stuff out of my dryer vent. The video he showed me of all the stuff he sucked out of it was shocking. Even some of what I actually seen come out was shocking. Very happy with the work that was done and impressed with the crews work!!
