This client was a single elderly woman who needs assistance in cleaning her vents. She wasn't wrong for calling our help! We made sure all of her vents were taken care of. We did need to move some stuff around but we were able to get into every vent! The job went good and she was really happy with the results,

The client was having major allergy issues and really wants to have this HVAC system checked and cleaned. He had a split-level home and advised he will have everything cleared away from the vents for us to access. The cleaning process was smooth, and we added some disinfectant for better sanitation. We advised a filter upgrade and he agreed. 

This family had recently moved into a new home and noticed that their air quality was poor and there is an unidentified odor inside the rooms. They called Duct Defense Midwest, and the team was able to clean their ducts thoroughly, removing years of built-up dirt and debris. The family was relieved to know that their new home was now providing safe and healthy indoor air quality.

This client was really concerned about her indoor air if it's still somewhat healthy. She scheduled a duct cleaning service after her radon mitigation installation. Her dryer vent is pretty long and jacked up. She has to run it 2-3 times to check if it's something we can clear out with the equipment the team has. With the rotobrush, everything worked out pretty well!
