This client was really concerned about her indoor air if it's still somewhat healthy. She scheduled a duct cleaning service after her radon mitigation installation. Her dryer vent is pretty long and jacked up. She has to run it 2-3 times to check if it's something we can clear out with the equipment the team has. With the rotobrush, everything worked out pretty well!

This client has duct and dryer vent cleaning service annually and wanted to try another company. They were with a competitor for a few years and decided to check with us as they feel like their indoor wasn't really improving much. We checked the duct and HVAC system and it was a lot of stuff congested in just a year! There was also an off-putting smell we can't figure out on where it's coming from. We explained the process with them and educated on how our tools would work. Clients were pretty friendly and cooperative. It was a lot to clean but they did mention it was worth it compared to the amount they were paying before.

Customer was happy!

Everything went well with the cleaning.
