This lovely home only had a few air vents in total but some of the floor vents are small, so it was a challenge with the cleaning. The husband recently had a stroke so they set expectations that some of the furniture was not moved out of the way because no one could give the wife a hand. Everything else was manageable. She was concerned as she noticed there were small flies in her home and it was advised that a duct cleaning would solve the issue. She was happy with the results.

This client was a single elderly woman who needs assistance in cleaning her vents. She wasn't wrong for calling our help! We made sure all of her vents were taken care of. We did need to move some stuff around but we were able to get into every vent! The job went good and she was really happy with the results,

The client was having major allergy issues and really wants to have this HVAC system checked and cleaned. He had a split-level home and advised he will have everything cleared away from the vents for us to access. The cleaning process was smooth, and we added some disinfectant for better sanitation. We advised a filter upgrade and he agreed. 

This family had recently moved into a new home and noticed that their air quality was poor and there is an unidentified odor inside the rooms. They called Duct Defense Midwest, and the team was able to clean their ducts thoroughly, removing years of built-up dirt and debris.
