This was an unfinished apartment and the client set some expectations about the construction dirt. It was a pretty simple home and her duct/HVAC system was not that much complicated to clean even if this is going the be the first time. The cleaning process was smooth and we installed a filter. This client was concerned about the debris build up in the duct system on his home as he recently renovated his basement. He has 2 dogs, really friendly and cuddly. The home had a 3 season room, deck and patio. They lived in this home for 31 years and can't even remember when was the last duct and dryer vent cleaning service they got. We did agree that this is the best time as this is also a good preparation for summer!

It was a relatively small house with easy access to all vents and was built in the early 90's. The concern of the client is that they have a wood-burning furnace that goes directly to the ductwork that needs to be cut into to clean. It was not much of a problem as the team made it into the entry point as well. The system had lots of dust in the vents and the build-up of dirt was terrible. Regardless of that, everything went well and it was a smooth clean!
