Duct Cleaning for Family and Pets

Concerned about their health—and their pets’—a family recently booked a duct cleaning with us after hearing great things from close friends who used our service. The entire process was scheduled virtually, making it quick and convenient. With dust, allergens, and buildup removed from their HVAC system, the homeowners noticed a difference in air quality almost immediately. This client had a lot of pet cats and she set some expectations regarding cat fur everywhere. We did find a lot along with dust bunnies and dirt. She was also very concerned with the cat pee odor but we did have a disinfectant treatment done. She had no other concerns and was happy with the service!

This client is a fan of furnaces and is thinking of replacing their current with a new model. In the midst of their furnace use, they have never had their duct system cleaned. Upon checking, they were pretty piled up with dirt and debris. Nevertheless, we were able to clean everything smoothly!
