When this client called in for a booking, we only had a virtual view of her apartment. They renovated the house 3 years ago with a new HVAC system and half of the ducts replaced, but the original home is more than a century-year-old. The husband is overly concerned for his wife since she started working from home and wanted to have better indoor air quality. 

When it comes to getting our customer's ducts clean, no job is too big! Theo found this tennis ball in our customer's ducts but got it out along with the dust and other debris!

This client was a smoker but wanted to make sure his system is still working fine, the reason why he scheduled a duct cleaning service with us. We had an inspection on the vents and they had some residue from the cigar smoke. We made sure that's all cleaned-up.
