This caring dad was worried about his 3 daughters coughing and sneezing whenever they were inside their home. The house was an old farmhouse that was built in the 1960s. A tenant rented it for 15 years who didn't care about cleaning the duct system or the HVAC system. The owner decided to book the cleaning with us and right then, there was an improvement in the home's odor.

This client is an extreme pet lover, he has 3 dogs and other exotic pets. He hasn't had a duct cleaning service in a while so he did set expectations that it might be filthy. He also had a kennel going through the room where the HVAC is so we did see a lot of congested dirt and fur. It was a small home so it was not much a challenge. Everything went well.

The was an elderly client who booked over the phone and a referral from one of our client's housekeepers. They gave feedback that the cleaning was smooth and was not 'rushed'. The client si technologically challenged due to his age (81) but he made sure his home is still fit for a duct clean-up!
