Duct Defense Midwest Before & After Photos

The last time these ducts were cleaned was 20 years ago after a fire caught their home. This client has been trying to figure out where is the smelly odor coming from and could not figure out where. We were able to find it which is the floor drain under the filter intake. We suggested having a plumber fix the drain but we still cleaned her ducts/vents regardless. She was satisfied with the results! 

Theo did a great job not only getting this customer's ducts cleaned up, but also installed and walked the customer through the Breathe EZ air cleaner and UVC light bulb with the how to's and the benefits of having these products!

This client had a virtual appointment with Duct Defense Midwest. She was indeed the workaholic type, really values her time so much. The team based their cleaning plan by the photos and description of the client and it was a lot of ladder work to prepare for. She wanted a deep dryer vent cleaning too. Everything went well as planned. She was really happy with the results! 

This client requested to have her crawlspace encapsulation and remove the earth along with building a wall before encapsulation. After this process, we have observed her vents were really dirty and checked her HVAC and duct system, it was really filthy! She did admit it has been a while since it was cleaned. We gave her a good deal with the duct cleaning and she went for it! Really happy client!
