This nice client called Duct Defense Midwest and sought help to see if duct cleaning was part of his budget to start with. He was really happy about the FREE estimate and consultation he got about cleaning his HVAC or duct system. The team made arrangements for this customer with our financing option and he was really happy about it as everything suited his budget and preference. The cleaning process was smooth too!

This was a 2-story house they just bought and renovated; new wood floors refinished, walls, etc. The expectation is it's going to be full of construction debris and dust. The client became straightforward and really wanted the systems cleaned to the bit. We didn't break out promise!
