This lovely client is so excited to have her baby. She is due soon and wanted to have deep cleaning work done in and out of home for the baby's health. Both parents work from home so it's really an advantage for everyone. The HVAC closet was pretty small for a start but there were some pre-existing cut outs into ducts for cleaning. Everything went well!

This homeowner ordered new carpets to be installed in his home and wanted to make sure that his vents are clean to make sure that dust is not circulating around the home. The vents weren't dirty, they were just a little dusty. It was a piece of cake! 

This client noticed her husband is starting to have bad allergies and a consistent stuffy nose. She realized that their indoor air was entirely different from the time they moved in. They haven't cleaned their duct system in 10 years so they realized that must be the culprit. They booked a duct cleaning service with Duct Defense Midwest and the team didn't expect the amount of dirt and debris they had in the vents! The client has an unpredictable schedule and would really love to have her duct system cleaned. Our professionals were able to commit within the time agreed she was only available and was able to remove all dust and debris stuck; was very happy with the outcome. 

This was a repeat client and was very satisfied on we serviced her HVAC and duct cleaning the previous time. She requested to have her system installed with a BEZ filter and another round of duct cleaning. The reason is she had a furnace downstairs near the base of her staircase and wanted to make sure dirt is not piled up.
