This client had allergy concerns and realized that he hasn't cleaned his duct system for almost 10 years now. He called our team to schedule and the cleaning wasn't that difficult. They did see a lot of congested dirt, debris, and dust.

This client was genuinely concerned about her indoor air quality as she mentioned there were extreme spikes in her particulates. She was very eager to have her ducts cleaned. She has been dealing with health issues for a year now, so she wanted to make sure her indoor air is safe and protected. 

The homeowners had recently moved into a new home and were unaware of the state of their ductwork. Upon inspection, they were shocked to find it clogged with dust and debris. The team has estimated this might have been for a couple of years without being cleaned.
